Video Conferencing Web Application UX/UI Design
The challenge was to create a video conferencing product that caters to the needs of a wide range of target audiences while delivering a seamless user experience. The market for video conferencing is highly competitive, and the target audience is vast.
Go Live Pro addressed the challenge by designing a simple, user-focused application that incorporates necessary functionalities in a straightforward way. The team worked to solve the complexity of the functionality required by making it easy for users to access the features they need.
To create the minimalist and tech-focused combination mark logo, we began by abstracting the letters “G” and “O” and layering them on top of each other to form a unique symbol.
We then refined the design to ensure that it conveyed a sense of forward-thinking and future orientation. The end result is a clean, modern logo that effectively communicates the desired characteristics.
Stage 1 User Research & Building Persona Types
We began the user experience design process with extensive user research. We conducted surveys and interviews with potential users to understand their pain points, needs, and expectations from a video conferencing platform. Through this research, we identified the key user personas for GoLive: the busy professional, the remote worker, the freelancer, and the student.

Stage 2 Wireframing & Prototyping
We began with wireframing to create a basic layout of the platform’s user interface. We focused on keeping the interface clean and straightforward to make it easy for users to navigate through the platform. We also made sure that the key functionalities were easily accessible and prominently displayed.
Once we had a basic wireframe, we moved on to prototyping. We created several iterations of the platform’s user interface and tested them with a small group of users. Through user feedback, we identified areas of improvement and made changes to the platform accordingly.
We followed a user-centered design process to create a platform that is intuitive, easy to use, and meets the needs of our target audience. Our design process involved several stages, including wireframing, prototyping, and user testing. We gather information from those stages to design our design systems.
